Group Programmes
We offer a range of group programmes to support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. These groups are facilitated by the Health Coach and HIP Wellbeing team and provide a supportive environment for connection and self-management.
Bubs Club - 35 Jervois Road, Herne Bay
When: Thursdays. 1.15 - 2.15
A supportive group for mums, caregivers, and their babies, with a focus on caregiver wellbeing and connection.
Getting there: If you’d like to join us for a brisk walk, a group will head off from HBMC at 1:00pm sharp. Otherwise, we’ll meet you at the venue. There’s free 120-minute parking available on the surrounding side streets.
Social Connection Group - Goodness Café, 228 Jervois Road, Herne Bay. Meet in the room at the back of the café

A group to support social connection and emotional wellbeing.
Walking Group - Meet at Herne Bay Medical Centre before a gentle 30–40 minute walk around Albany Road - Wallace Street - Sailsbury Reserve
When: Thursdays. 11.30 - 12.30
A gentle walking group to support physical wellbeing and social connection.
Pain Support Group - Meet at Herne Bay Medical Centre Upper Surgery

A group for people living with persistent pain, focusing on understanding pain and building practical self-management strategies.
