Online appointments may be made with your usual doctor through Manage My Health Patient Portal.
If we do not have any appointments available please ring 376 3015 and talk to our receptionist about consulting with another doctor.
Appointment times are a standard 15 minutes in length. If you feel you will require longer or if you are bringing other family members with you for the consultation, please inform the receptionist at the time of making the appointment.

Outside Surgery Hours
Emergency care is provided at Ascot Accident & Medical 24 hours, 90 Green Lane East, Remuera, phone 520 9555 or at other after-hours
clinics throughout Auckland.
The Surgery's phone number automatically redirects to Home Care Medical Nurse Triage Service, calls will be answered by a nurse who
is trained in phone triage and advice.
Keeping to Appointment times
If you do not attend or cancel an appointment, giving insufficient notice, there will be a fee.
Although we make every effort to run to appointment times, you will appreciate that sometimes there are emergencies or unexpected consultations that put us behind schedule. We do try to contact patients in these circumstances, you are welcome to phone regarding the timing of your appointment.
However, if you have been waiting 20-30 minutes and you think you have been overlooked please check with our receptionist.
Some procedures/ appointments require more than 15 minutes, please phone the receptionist if you would like to book any of the following: e.g. insurance medicals, minor surgical procedures, ear suctioning, nurse smears, infusions and travel consultations.
